This training is meant to guide our Lodges as we adapt to national’s new standards. It is a discussion-based training that clarifies the true service the OA provides to Scouting and how the Induction achieves this purpose. This training goes over the whole membership journey from election to Brotherhood. It is meant to enable participants to improve the execution of the induction process, membership activation, and membership retention. It is highly recommended that all Lodge and Chapter Officers and Advisers attend this training but it is open to everyone. This is a Nationally sponsored training and is free to all participants, lunch will be provided.
